Ingredients
i) 250 Gms Cubed Paneer
ii) 1 Cup Warm Water
iii) 1/2 Cup Milk
iv) 3/4 Cup Heavy cream or milk cream
v) 1 Cup each Onion Tomato, finely chopped
vi) 2 Tbsp Sweet Tomato Sauce Tomato Ketchup
vii) 2 Tbsp Green Coriander Leaves (Cilantro) Green Coriander
viii) 4 Black cardamom, green Cardamom or cardamom powder
ix) 1 Tbsp Green chili finely chopped
x) 1 Tsp White salt as per taste
xi) 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
xii) 1/2 Tsp Black salt
xiii) 1.5 Tsp Red chilli powder
xiv) 1 Tsp Powder Garam masala
xv) 3.5 Tbsp Oil
xvi) Some dry fruits ( almonds cashew)

Instructions
Tomato Onion Paste Cooking Time - 13 minutes
Now we start the process of making.
Heat 3.5 tablespoons (Tbsp) oil in a pan on high heat for 1 minute.
Now take cardamom seeds, and bay leaf and keep aside.
After 1 minute, add chopped onions, cardamom seeds, and green spices to the hot oil. Mix well, and wait until the onion turns pink. Keep the stove high. It will take 4 minutes.
After 4 minutes, add chopped tomatoes and mix well. Allow the tomatoes to cook until soft. It will also take 4 minutes.
When the process is over, take out the tomato and onion mixture in a plate with hot oil. Turn off the stove.
Keep this mixture aside to cool for 3 minutes. And keep the hot oil aside, we will use this oil later.
When the mixture cools down, grind it to a soft paste.
Make sure that there is no thick tomato or onion slice in this paste. It should be a soft and fine paste.
Cooking time of Shahi Paneer / Gravy - 12 minutes
Heat the remaining oil for 1 minute. No more oil is needed.
Roast tomato onion paste by heating the oil
After 1 minute, add tomato and onion paste and cook on high heat. Stir it continuously for 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add tomato sauce, salt, red chili powder, black salt, almonds cashew, and turmeric powder and mix well.
Turn the stove to medium flame. Wait until the oil and mixture separate. Stir it continuously. It will take 5 minutes.
The oil will start appearing separately on the surface of the pan when it is separated from the tomato onion paste.
After 5 minutes add milk and 1 cup water (1 cup = 240 ml). Keep the stove on medium flame and cook it for 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes, now add cream and garam masala. Cook it on medium heat for 2 minutes.
Shahi paneer curry is ready. Now add store bought cottage cheese.
Time to mix the paneer in the curry - 5 minutes
Cut the paneer into small pieces. Now add cheese pieces to the curry and mix well. Now cook it on medium heat for 5 minutes.
When this process is over, turn off the stove.
Now put coriander leaves on it and now it is ready to serve.
Storage and Serving Suggestions
Pour green coriander leaves over the creamy Shahi Paneer before serving.
Shahi Paneer is served mostly with Garlic Naan (make Naan in cooker), Tandoori Roti, or Puri Poori.
